REDWORK REDWORK FOR BEGINNERS

HANDIQUILTER 16 LESSON

BEGINNING QUILTING BY MACHINE
$75 + supplies, Tues,7-9pm Oct 7, 14, 21, Nov 4, 11, 18, 25 & Dec 2nd. with Debbie.
Learn to quilt! Debbie will teach you to use your sewing machine & rotary cutter to start quilting. You will make a baby or lap sized quilt while learning to piece two blocks, add borders, baste, machine quilt & bind. TRIP FOR TWO TO BOSTON!
with Maria. Fri, Oct 24th 6-9pm & Sat, Oct 25th 10-3:30pm. Grab a friend & make TWO batik quilts - choose a blue or a brown colorway (team must agree on the color)!! Working in teams of two, you will work on both quilts at the same time! One buddy will sew & the other will cut & press. Learn a new technique with your embroidery machine! The daytime club is for Elna, Bernina & Baby Lock machines. Those owners comfortable with another brand of embroidery machine are welcome to join the evening club.
OESD VIRTUAL TRAININGS!
Through the magic of the Internet, a computer & a phone line, an OESD educator will appear on the wall of the QP classroom & teach you tips & tricks for various machine embroidery techniques. Trainings are $5, which will be given back to attendees in the form of QP Bucks.
Wed, September 17th at 6pm - Monogram Mania! Learn a multitude of tricks for monogramming everything from ready-made items to hand made items.
Tues, Nov 11th - Please DO OPEN before Christmas! You most certainly should open & use your Explorations Software before Christmas! This lecture will give you some exciting ideas to help you to make the most of your software to plan your Christmas gifts!

$50 includes fabric kit, Use a CD from OESD's Christmas promotion & make a GORGEOUS table runner for the holidays from silk dupioni - choose from red, green or off white kits. Learn some tips and tricks to working with this great fabric while making a simple, yet stunning table runner. The second 2008 OESD holiday CD is required for this class. All embroidery machine brands are welcome in this class but you must know the basics of your machine.

CLASS & CLUB RULES
When you sign up for a class, we need you to pay for that class in order to reserve your space. You may pay your class fee over the phone with a credit card, send in a check or come into the store. You will receive a supply list when you pay for your class. If you have required supplies at home, by all means, bring them. Otherwise, we would appreciate it if you would purchase the supplies from us. We offer a 10% discount on all listed class supplies.
For the comfort & enjoyment of everyone, please do not wear perfume or bring children or guests to class.
Classes will be cancelled by us one week prior to the first class if insufficient enrollment, please wait to buy your materials as there will be no refund for materials bought for a class that does not "go". "No go" class tuition can be put towards another class, . Class fees will only be applied to another class or a gift certificate ONLY if you cancel your class more than 7 days before the start of class.
Class fees with national teachers are not refundable. We will try to fill your space & if we do, a store credit will be given.
